We carefully select the zestiest lemons and juiciest grapes around. We use the whole fruit, we wouldn’t let something this good go to waste.

FREEZE -196°c
Now we get scientific. That fruit is submerged in liquid nitrogen and flash frozen at an extreme -196 degrees Celsius, capturing every drop of natural flavour.

CRUSH
Finally the frozen fruit is crushed into smithereens and the powder is infused into the spirit for a full flavour hit. No compromises.
